Project Description
Successfully scaled a Meta Ads account internationally by identifying high-growth markets in Asia and the USA. I conducted extensive market research to unlock additional budget profitably while satisfying Meta’s Andromeda AI through rigorous creative format testing. This multi-region strategy maintained a stable cost per result (avg. €2.15) even as spend surged by 1.4K% during peak expansion periods.
The Challenge
The main hurdle was researching new, profitable territories to unlock additional budget without compromising the existing ROI floor. We needed to identify where the product would have the highest demand and how to maintain efficiency in highly competitive international markets.
The Solution
Market Intelligence: Conducted extensive cross-border product research to identify specific countries where the product would be most utilized and in demand.
Algorithmic Optimization: To satisfy Meta’s Andromeda (AI) algorithm, I implemented a rigorous creative testing framework. This included a wide range of formats (Video, Carousel, Static) to identify the winning message for each new region.
Sales Architecture: Launched localized sales campaigns that prioritized high-intent audiences while maintaining strict creative rotations.
The Result
Global Penetration: Successfully unlocked and entered multiple new profitable markets across the USA and Asia.
Scaling Efficiency: Unlocked significant additional budget through data-driven expansion while keeping a stable cost per result (as low as €2.15) despite the increased competition. Creative Success: The creative testing cycle allowed us to maintain performance levels even as spend increased by over 1.4K% in peak periods.
