I rescued a failing B2B account for rack-mounted power solutions, turning a sub-100% ROAS into a profitable 604% return. By launching a PMax campaign focused on top-sellers and implementing micro-conversion tracking (Add to Cart/Checkout) and uploading customer match lists, we provided the AI with the data density needed to scale. This strategic pivot delivered €11k in revenue from just €1.83k in spend.

The Goal

The primary objective was to pivot a struggling Google Ads account into a profitable sales engine for a provider of rack-mounted power solutions. The client’s initial attempt at high-intent search campaigns had failed to gain traction, yielding a sub-100% ROAS and leaving the business with an unsustainable customer acquisition cost.

The Challenge

The main hurdle was breaking the dependence on highly targeted search campaigns, which were proving too expensive and competitive to yield a positive return. We needed to find a campaign type that could discover new, high-value B2B buyers outside of traditional keyword-based intent while providing the algorithm with enough data to optimize effectively in a niche market.

The Results

Dramatic ROAS Turnaround: Successfully increased the ROAS from under 100% to a stable 604%.
