I built a high-performance lead gen engine for a dental clinic, achieving a consistent CPL of €7.5 for calls and form submissions. By implementing a custom server-side tracking environment, I bypassed ad-blockers and cookie restrictions to ensure >95% data accuracy. Despite strict Google healthcare policies, I successfully scaled the account to 835 lead conversions on a €6.3k spend by identifying high-converting niches and optimizing service pages.

The Goal

The primary objective was to establish a high-volume, cost-efficient lead generation engine for a dental clinic. We aimed to deliver a steady influx of high-intent patients while building a robust data infrastructure capable of tracking 100% of user interactions.

The Challenge

We faced several technical and regulatory hurdles:
Healthcare Compliance: Navigating strict Google Ads health policies that limit certain remarketing and targeting capabilities for medical services.
Conversion Optimization: Moving beyond generic traffic to identify high-converting dental niches (e.g., implants, orthodontics) and assisting the client in redesigning their service pages for maximum psychological impact.
The "Data Gap": Standard tracking was losing significant session data to browser cookie restrictions and advanced ad-blockers, skewing ROI calculations.

The Result

Cost Efficiency: Achieved a steady stream of leads at a cost per lead (CPL) consistently under €10.
Proven Performance: On a small monthly budget, I generated 835 leads at an average CPL of just €7.5. Resulting in a decrease in advertising spend due to the clinic being fully booked.
Data Integrity: The server-side setup reclaimed lost sessions, providing the client with near-total visibility into which campaigns were truly driving patient bookings.
