I delivered a 200% YoY revenue increase for a major tyre & auto service chain by migrating to Smart Bidding and engineering a custom product feed for DSA campaigns - overcoming regional Shopping Ad limitations. By combining In-Market audience targeting with high-impact video remarketing, I achieved a 569.6% ROAS, generating €61.3k in revenue from a €10.8k spend during the peak seasonal window.
The Goal
The objective was to shatter previous revenue records during the high-demand spring tyre change season. The strategy focused on capturing maximum market share for both tyre sales and automotive maintenance services.
The Challenge
The main hurdle was achieving massive scale in a market where standard Shopping Ads were unavailable. We had to find a technical workaround to give products visual prominence and automate reach without the traditional "Shopping" infrastructure.
