I optimized a car dealership's Google Ads by navigating strict geographic competitor agreements. By consolidating search campaigns and implementing PMax with refined negative lists and placement exclusions, I enhanced AI performance. I focused traffic solely on high-converting pages by disabling Final URL expansion. These optimizations slashed lead costs from €110 to €80, achieving a stable CPL of €73.34 on a €23.5k monthly spend with 320+ leads.
The Goal
The objective was to generate a consistent stream of high-intent leads for a local car dealership while maximizing budget efficiency in a highly competitive regional market.
The Challenge
We had to navigate complex location targeting restrictions dictated by manufacturer and competitor agreements. These limitations prevented broad radius targeting, requiring a surgical approach to reach potential buyers without encroaching on restricted territories or wasting spend on ineligible regions.
