I scaled a tyre retailer to 1300% ROAS during a peak season launch starting with zero historical data. By implementing 95% accurate server-side tracking and an optimized Google Merchant Center feed, I provided the algorithm with clean signals for rapid learning. Starting with high-intent Search/Shopping and scaling into Performance Max, I captured kr5.82M in conversion value and 1038 sales from a kr416K spend.

The Goal

The objective was to launch a high-performance Google Ads strategy for a tyre e-commerce store to capture maximum market share during the high-pressure spring tyre change season. We needed to ensure every krone spent contributed to a profitable bottom line during a critical revenue window.
